Thank your for visiting our site. My name is Bianca, founder of B. Prepped, LLC meal prep delivery service. I’m a health and fitness enthusiast, nutrition coach, personal trainer, and single Mom of two kids who is constantly on-the-go. My goal with B. Prepped is to help others find balance in their busy lives, change lifestyles, and help you live your best life. Healthy never tasted so good.

In 2014, while working 60+ hours per week and preparing for a fitness bikini competition I started meal prepping for myself. Meal prep helped me stay on top of my health and fitness goals, saved me time (& boy did I need to make the most of my time), and of course saved me money. My body started to change and my clients, friends, and family started noticing. Further, everyone saw me carry my meals everywhere I went. Soon clients, friends, and friends of friends started to ask me to meal prep for them. In 2015 in partnership with my mom, I started to provide meal prep services officially as B. Prepped, LLC. A “side hustle” became my passion and means with which I was able to further help those around me change their diet and most importantly their lifestyle. I found my purpose!

 
 

My goal was and still is to provide a healthy alternative to the convenient drive-thru meal. I know firsthand how complicated life can be. Work and school sometimes leaves us with very little energy. The last thing we want to do after a long day at the office, at school, or studying at the library, is having to stop by at the market for groceries, and then getting home to cook dinner. What ends up happening for most people is they opt for the drive-thru. My goal with B. Prepped is to make a healthy meal a convenient option for everyone. We are all familiar with the $6 dollar combos of the world that satisfy your hunger momentarily but serve only empty calories that only grow your waistline and hurt your health.

I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and know the importance our diet has in our overall well being. I crafted a menu that has variety and offers nutrient dense meals without sacrificing flavor. I am well trained in over 100 dietary theories including, Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Atkins, Whole 30, just to name few. I believe a healthy well-balance diet is the way to go. I created our menu with this in mind. Nonetheless, I am also aware of bio-individual needs and I am up for customizing meals to meet your dietary needs and goals.
